I just want to make yourself aware of how brilliant Ben has been with his help on our project. From the jobs first inception Ben has provided an excellent service in terms of organising skip deliveries/collections and disposal of waste. I appreciate it has been an awkward one for Ben to deal with due to access and disposal issues, however Ben has handled all my awkward enquires with alacrity and has delivered excellent service.
