Working on a project over a number of months involving the removal of Inert Muck to make way for 74 new affordable luxury flats was something Primary Aggregates were proud to be part of. The low quality commercial space was bought to develop into 74 high quality affordable flats that were in a sort after location with a 2 minute walk to the train station, restuarants, shops and parks. The flats will have access to parking, a landscaped communal roof terrace, residents lounge and wellness room.
Primary Aggregates Sales Manager, Ben Jenkins worked alongside the Site Manager to successfully remove 100 loads of Inert Muck with our 8-wheel grab lorries and numerous amounts of skips. Our remit was to remove the muck and ensure it could be taken to a recycling facility. A successful job and some very happy residents.
