When our client secured the redevelopment of a Georgian Mansion behind Green Park in central London they needed to be sure we could see the project through. The site required an extensive reduced basement dig to include a new Jacuzzi and Cinema complex for this luxury private home. This complicated site required 3000 Tonnes of Muck Away to be crane lifted out 1 tonne at a time. We ensured our 8 Wheel Tippers were on site from 8.00am on turnaround all day to ensure the Muck was removed continuously. Our client was able to complete the Muck Away element of the package, enabling them to complete the underpinning and the Frame on time and on budget.
