When our client secured the redevelopment of a property in Chelsea in South West London they needed someone who was flexible and reliable to adhere to the strict site times due to the location.
The site required an extensive reduced basement dig to include two new rooms to extend this luxury private home. This complicated site required the removal of 750 Tonnes of Muck Away to be crane lifted out 1 tonne at a time over a period of 4 months. We ensured our 8 Wheel Tippers were on site to ensure the muck was removed continuously.
Our client was happy with the removal of the muck in the time scales they required leaving them to progress to the next stage of the project.
